We understand the uncertainty that this unprecedented time might be causing. Our first priority is to protect the health of our staff, you and surrounding communities.
As part of the State of New York guidelines to close all non-essential businesses, our US office has temporarily closed and our teams are now working remotely. This does mean that, products returning for service, calibration or repairs should not be sent into us as we will not be at the office to receive them.
We will do our best to provide continuity of service but please understand normal service may be affected. All calls are diverted so there may be some delay in answering them whilst emails are being monitored as normal.
