Jim Struthers - Global Sales Manager
Having donned his cap and gown and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Birmingham City University, Jim has advanced through the ranks of Casella during 20+ years of employment.
Jim has a plethora of experience as Sales Manager within the testing and measurement industry. Skilled in international and UK sales, Jim leads a determined team of individuals encouraging individuality and innovation. Jim's day to day tasks require strong negotiation skills, business development and strategic planning, but his primary drive is to provide and advise unique solutions to our end users for their monitoring needs.
Neil Brady - Inside Technical Sales Representative
(States: ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, OH, Alaska)
Prior to Casella, Neil spent 4 years as an Account Manager selling water soluble paper and mechanical systems used in the process of high purity stainless steel welding. Clients consisted of industrial suppliers and end users in the construction, fabrication and energy fields. His territories outside of the US included Canada, Mexico and the UAE. The customer base he interacts with at Casella is similar in many ways.
Prior to welding sales Neil's entire career was spent as a Client Services rep in the commercial printing business. His degree in Art and Graphic Design was a natural fit for an industry that relied heavily on creativity and solution driven ideas. The advent of the Kindle and other electronics greatly reduced the millions of paperback books that his division was printing and the corporation was eventually broken up into smaller sites. It was at this point Neil chose to pursue other industries in which offering smart solutions to customers was paramount. Casella’s focus on developing innovative and well-designed instruments that ultimately provide the proper solutions to their customers is what keeps him engaged.
Steve Ochs - Area Sales Manager

Having worked within the Environmental Monitoring Equipment industry for a total of 26 years, Steve brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to our end users. Coming from a position of Regional Sales Manager of 17 years, Steve has evident dedication to each of his accounts.
As an Area Sales Manager for the Eastern Region, Steve grows our reach to new audiences using his extensive knowledge and expertise in monitoring solutions for Noise, Dust and Vibration.
Justin Stewart - Area Sales Manager

Justin Stewart is Casella’s Area Business Manager supporting Casella’s Health, Safety and Environmental boundary monitoring solutions. He assists in the reduction of workplace and environmental health exposures through the supply of effective monitoring solutions for noise and dust.
Prior to joining Casella, Justin was responsible for sensor application support for a global manufacturer, where he assisted in the field across a range of parameters including acoustics and vibration measurement. He is particularly experienced within the aerospace and defence industries, and uses his in-depth knowledge of sensors, wireless data transmission and industrial hygiene monitoring to support occupational assessment programs.
Jason Holker - Area Sales Manager

As the newest member of our team in the States, Jason covers the West Coast. Joining us from a leading manufacturer within the Safety Industry, he has spent the last four years at his previous company as a Territory Sales Manager in and around Los Angeles.
