The History of Casella | Noise, dust and gas monitoring

Manufacturing instruments that reduce occupational risk

About Casella

Casella was first established during the year 1799 in London, England, as a manufacturer of scientific apparatus, meaning we offer workplace health monitoring as the descendant of a uniquely British maker of instruments and other scientific apparatus - with a unique history spanning four centuries!

In the modern day, Casella import and distribute noise, dust and vibration monitoring instruments to the North American market from our facility in Buffalo, New York.

A wholly owned subsidiary of IDEAL INDUSTRIES, Inc., Casella's Buffalo office is the primary technical support and customer service resource for North American instrument users and distributors.

All sales, service and instrument re-calibrations are carried out at our offices by factory trained engineers. A comprehensive inventory of instruments, accessories and replacement parts are housed at this facility and all products sold are supported by the Casella team, who are always ready to help customers, discuss instrument applications and solve their monitoring and analysis needs.

Our commitment to innovation has enabled us to build a formidable portfolio of measurement products, with applications ranging from general test and measurement to specific industrial hygiene and environmental applications in Noise Measurement, Air Sampling and Vibration.

Our aim is to enhance the long term health and quality of life for workers in high risk occupational sectors
